All Saturday parties scheduled between 1:00pm and 9:15pm are private. This means that only your group is allowed in the bounce area for the first 1 hour and 15 minutes of your party. For a private party you do have access to your private party room for the full 2 hours of the party. However, for the last 45 minutes you are required to remain in your party room. This allows the next party to have their private time in the bounce area. We provide plates, napkins, cups, utensils, and table covers. You are welcome to bring theme paper products, decorations, food, and snacks if you'd like. However, we do not allow any outside pizza. If you would like pizza we can arrange for that for an additional $9.00 per pizza. For non private party you have access to a party room private for the full 2 hours of your party. You and your guests will be bouncing in the bounce arena with another party and people paying admission. You are not required to be in the party room for the last 45 minutes as you would with the private party.
A deposit is required to secure the time and date of your party. If there is a cancellation you must call 2 weeks prior to the party date. You can reuse your deposit for another date within 12 months. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your scheduled party, you will lose the deposit even if you reschedule.
