Booking your party at Jumpin' Jax is easy. Use the simple form to Contact Us about your party needs, or give us a call. If you do not find a party package that suits your needs we will work with you. Remember we do offer non-party Open Play Sessions for a great price.
When booking your party, keep the following in mind:
- Friday and Saturday party times will fill up fast
- Call 2 months in advance to get the time and date you want
- We will accommodate an immediate need with an available time slot
- When you call have your credit card ready, there will be a $100 deposit to book the party
- We will call to confirm the week of the party, let us know at that time if there are any add ons or changes
- Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time because other parties will be in session
- At your arrival we will review safety rules and collect waivers
- The balance plus any additional costs such as extra pizza, socks, beverage etc. will be paid for the day of the party
- We except Visa, Mastercard or cash
