Can we bring in our own food and beverages?

Yes, we just ask that you do not bring in pizza.

How long can we bounce? Is there a time limit?

No, at Jumpin’ Jax it is unlimited bounce.

What is the age limit for children to play at Jumpin' Jax?

Our arena is intended for children 2-12 years of age.
For the safety of our younger guests we ask that children 12 years and over not play in our arena.

What is the charge for toddlers and adults?

Children under 24 months are free with a paid admission. Adults are free.

Can I bring in birthday party gifts, food, etc. without renting a party room?

No, there are no parties allowed at Jumpin’ Jax without a scheduled room or party package.

Can I leave a teenager (babysitter) with my child at Jumpin’ Jax?

No, adults must stay with their child during bounce time.

If I bring in a large group, do I get a discount?

Yes, during the weekdays we offer a group rate. For 6 or more children, the rate is $6.00 per child and over 25 children is $5.00 per child.

Do you have gift certificates available?

Yes, we can make them out for any amount.

Does Jumpin’ Jax offer a frequent visitor card?

Yes, for every $50.00 you will get 10 admissions. You will pre-pay for the card and we will punch the card for each admission. Not intended for group admissions.

Can we walk in and play at any time?

We have walk in hours Wednesday-Sunday. On Saturday our walk in hours are from 10:00am-1:00pm. From 1:00pm-9:15pm on Saturdays we are closed to walk ins and are only open to scheduled private parties.

Can adults play on the inflatables?

Yes. We do recommend that parents of younger children take an active role in supervising their children while they are on the inflatables. Adults playing on the inflatables do need to be aware of and abide by the safety rules. Some inflatables have a weight limit, which may prohibit adults from playing on them.
